Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for restocking
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs for staff

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working as a clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of employees
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Experience supervising a team in a retail environment
- Proficient in cashiering procedures and handling cash transactions
