Assistant Store Manager
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and achieving targets
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and data entry
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of employees
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Experience in supervising employees and delegating tasks
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and cash handling accuracy

Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
