Ruffin's Pet Centre at 211 Ontario Street is a full line pet store that carries an extensive line of premium pet foods, pets, and pet accessories.

What you will have fun doing:

• Customer sales
• Customer service
• Key Holder
• Staff and store Management and assisting with scheduling
• Taking care of the animals in store
• Creating orders and inventory management
• Checking orders and inventory
• Placing items including pet supplies, household items, etc. into stock in the sales area of the store
• Sweeping, dusting and other general store cleaning functions
• Other duties and tasks as required

What you bring to share with us:

• Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Possess the desire to assist customers in finding the most suitable products for their pets
• Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements, which will include weekends and evenings
• Ability to have reliable means of transportation
• Previous retail or customer service and/or management experience (an asset)
• Working knowledge of POS system (an asset)
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
• Willingness to learn

Salary: $17.75-$19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
