Job Description:
What will you work on?
You will assess data like customer metrics and competitor information to determine the best methods of increasing both revenue and market share. You will provide advice to your sales manager to develop sales targets, assess strategies to boost revenue, and develop promotional campaigns and budgets. Also, you should collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
How will you create impact?
- Preparing sales forecasts and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals and sales potential.
- Help with communication with designated retailers.
- Gathering and analyzing data to prepare detailed reports.
- Presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior Management.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Reviewing the company’s past and current sales performance.
- Referring to internal and external sources for report preparation.
- Presenting detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback on company sales.
- Conducting thorough research on current market trends
- Implementing, managing, and improving sales processes
- Collecting data from sales reports for analysis.
- Closely studying and analyzing past sales data to determine trends and make forecasting for the accounts in charge.
- Conducing research into competition and the surrounding market.
- Making sales evaluation reports based on collected data.
- Presenting sales reports to company managers, directors, and General manager.
- Suggesting adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability
What are your skills and experience?
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Forecast and portfolio management
- Proven ability to grow the territory
- Experience in partnering with external partners to drive tight and productive partnerships that result in strong product sell-thru
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical in all forums
