Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Client Solutions Associate provides administrative support to the Energy team, the largest Energy brokerage in Canada. The team performs detailed exposure analysis to design tailor-made risk solutions. This role is an opportunity to join a team of passionate, caring professionals and offers an entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the Insurance industry.

How You Will Impact The Business

• You will be supporting the team, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding client experience and supporting the team’s growth
• The role will include preparing policy renewals and endorsements, processing requests, drafting client proposals, claims projects, further strengthening client and insurance partner relationships
• You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skills through mentorship on coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems
• Explore areas of opportunity for operational improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources

What Leads To Your Success

• Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred
• Successful completion of Insurance Broker License encouraged within 6 months of start date
• Professional work experience ideally in a corporate or financial services environment
• Experience in an insurance brokerage or customer facing environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• A curiosity about pursuing insurance designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
