Working at SkipTheDishes as an Associate Director, Sales Analytics & Salesforce you will be responsible for managing or performing activities related to delivering (administrative) support services to JETs Sales organization, thereby contributing to efficient and effective sales processes, restaurant activation and the delivery of timely, correct and high-quality service. This role reports directly to our Head of Enterprise & Commercial Growth.
Description:
Engage with different business end users at different levels and in different departments to understand business needs, analyze, document and drive the business accordingly by gaining stakeholder alignment and buy-in
Deliver business solutions across the Canadian market, acting as a business partner, ensuring communication, efficiency and optimization as we change the way Skip works to be the most valued Partner, winnipeg along the way
Act as the contact point between your leader and an extension thereof for internal and external stakeholders
Be the contact point and extension of internal solutions and projects within the Organization
Utilize the strong team and your leadership skills to build and deliver on your accountabilities
Provide general salesforce and data administration support
Assist in documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and stakeholders on various projects; owning and being accountable for your business
Deliver weekly/monthly/yearly sales metrics and reviews, combining all business metrics, impacts and outcomes to your leader

Own and manage SF dashboards, functionality, workflows & content
Ensure accuracy of data
Manage (and enjoy!) working in a fast paced environment, while managing complex projects and competing deadlines
Quickly learn the business and apply new knowledge with your business, leadership, Salesforce and analytical skills
Suggest business improvements, enhancements and system configurations across the business, improving processes and adoption. Validating assumptions
Assist in leading senior level managers and their teams by motivating and coaching them
Recipe for Success:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Mathematics/Computer Science, with 7+ years of relevant experience as a Sales Enablement Leader
Leadership experience a must
Previous experience with Salesforce from a development and administrative perspective is a must
Sales experience is an asset
Experience in Project Management is an asset
Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
Experience with Salesforce and proficiency working with Google Suite, SQL, Tableau and other data analytic/reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze the business, provide sound suggestions to improve efficiencies and processes
Results orientated to define goals and support with metrics, develop actionable and scalable plans with a sense of urgency
Change Management demonstrated by working effectively with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change
Strong communication to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly while in a variety of settings using multiple styles
Assumes ownership for achieving individual and group outcomes
Analytical mindset and data driven competencies are essential
Excellent team player with ability to work cross-departmentally
Positive attitude with a solution oriented mindset
Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
Experience supporting leadership initiatives and priorities, while driving the business forward
