SalaryOur fast-growing office is seeking an Associate Lawyer who is interested in establishing their practice and building their career in Lethbridge with our firm.
Having a strong reputation in the community, we offer our Associates a full client-base with strong mentorship opportunities in a variety of areas of law. We have opportunities available for both solicitor-based and litigation-based work and we are open to taking on Associates looking to build their existing practice focus or looking to gain experience in another practice area.
We offer a very competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for both associate-track and partner-track positions. We also offer generous continuing education and promotion budgets to support your practice.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years experience as an Associate Lawyer
- Applicants must be an Active Member of the Law Society of Alberta, with a preference for Applicants currently practicing in Lethbridge
- An existing client portfolio is not required, nor expected
