We are hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to lead our strategic priority of growing our Single Serve, Macro Snacks & Small Format Shopper desk. The successful candidate will set the agenda and strategic vision for this critical business and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning process (Business Review through AOP) for the Single Serve & Macro Snacks portfolios to deliver clear growth strategies and innovation pipeline grounded in consumer insight
- Lead on all Small Format ASP & National Shopper Marketing programs – discover shopper insights, set KPIs, create and sell-in relevant programming, work collaboratively with the customer, and post-game to drive future business success
- Lead postgame analyses to optimize programming & proactively recommend course corrections and/or identify new opportunities
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred)
- 3+ years Marketing experience an asset
- 2+ years Sales/ Account ownership an asset
