MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing team on administrative tasks and will work in conjunction with all internal designers, project leaders, freelancers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Support in process of creating in-store signage, building the printing distribution list, create price cards, and sourcing with vendors and coordinating with warehouse to ensure timely delivery to stores;
- Work closely with project leads and designers to obtain necessary approvals prior to production runs;
- Work with printing vendors for all assigned projects, including providing specs for obtaining quotes, obtaining pricing, approving prepress forms;
- Assist in quality control aspects on allocated print projects including display testing and set ups
- Send signage and supplies to stores upon request;
- Replenish and maintain signage inventory and supplies on a regular basis including internal and/or external production of signage materials
- Support in the preparation of marketing memos;
- Participate in the execution of in-store events and PR activities;
- Organize and maintain filing system for the marketing department;
- Support on special projects or any other related task as required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual French/English, written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal skills;
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative support environment, ideally in the retail industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Customer-oriented and team-oriented;
- Sense of initiative, able to multi-task and follow up;
- Ability to meet deadlines and possess a sense of urgency, while remaining adaptable;
- Proven organizational ability and attention to quality and details;
- Highly adaptable and open to change;
