- Actively participate in the conceptualization and implementation of all elements related to digital platforms (Google Analytics, CM 360, DV 360, SA 360).
- Follow the procedures in place the integration of the digital strategy into the respective divisional master plan
- Track key elements (e.g., data usage, reporting processes, platform optimization) for the effective deployment of the digital strategy
- Generate innovative ideas on Cirque du Soleil's current and future digital platforms, participate with teams to create Digital Marketing experiences that defy convention and move from a digital service approach to a revenue growth strategy;
- Work to establish a campaign data aggregation system to centralize information relevant to the successful execution of campaigns.
- Influence collaboration with the TSD marketing team, increase efficiencies by improving the digital program or product design infrastructure and build upon it, and contribute to the refinement of processes and practices to maximize box office sales;
- You will design, develop and launch new reports on business needs and performance to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the executive team.
- Implement and resolve issues with marketing tags/pixels via Google Tag Manager.
- Support ad hoc requests for marketing information.
- Measure the success of Digital Marketing campaigns, report on campaign analytics, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Utilize developer tool and various other testing methods to test pixels and marketing tags.
- Work closely with the digital agency to ensure all media channels are tracked accordingly and all tags and pixels are activated at all stages of the booking journey.
- Develop and execute an effective A/B testing strategy.
- Create trackable links through the internal URL builder to ensure all channels and tactics are tracked on Google Analytics.
- Work closely with our digital agencies to develop an effective media plan across multiple shows/projects.
- Identify, monitor and report on key performance indicators for website content and digital campaigns.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role: software technology innovation and software development methodologies;
- Proven track record of successfully building compelling Digital Marketing products and infrastructure, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue in fast-paced, high growth environments;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy global digital approaches to transactional marketing that have a strong impact on customers and drive market share;
- Strong digital business acumen: user-centric software development methodologies, web-based infrastructures and data analytics;
- Demonstrated ability to demonstrate leadership by influencing others and leading change management efforts;
- An ability to build strong internal relationships for enhanced collaboration and engage others through strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- An entrepreneurial spirit and sense of initiative, an ability to successfully explore uncharted territory and a drive to achieve results;
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
