Your mission will be to support clients in the integration of the automatic data exchange solution while working with various stakeholders on a daily basis.

More specifically, you will:

• Analyze all details related to the plans to be implemented
• Collect the information needed to implement or transfer a group plan
• Determine the implementation or transfer strategy in close collaboration with clients, external partners and the appropriate internal partners
• Plan and adhere to plan implementation and asset transfer schedules
• Establish and maintain continued communication with clients and partners as an implementation or transfer progresses
• Develop implementation plans during proposals
• Attend meetings with clients and internal partners
• Attend finalist presentations (potential clients)
• Contribute to various specific mandates
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team and business segment (DMS, workshops, kaizens, etc.)

Your career path looks like this:

• University degree (BA) in Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or in a related discipline
• Two to three years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of group insurance policies (major asset)
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Characteristic skills and abilities: independence, negotiation, analysis and summarization, initiative, sense of responsibility and priority, ease with developing and maintaining excellent relationships
• Excellent French and English skills (oral and written) per frequent interactions with internal and external French- and English-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada.
