Senior Project Manager

As a Senior project manager («PM Integrator») in the Digital Studio team at National Bank, you'll act as an end-to-end orchestrator, specializing in the management and delivery of digital IT projects. Through your management skills, leadership, experience in organizing, managing, and delivering IT projects, as well as your knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, you have a positive impact directly on our client's experience and on our projects' success.

Your role:

• Ensure end-to-end management and implementation of prioritized large-scale projects within the sector, by creating a motivating environment and commitment to our goals.
• Carry out in full control, and aligned with the expected leadership for the role, end-to-end monitoring of projects, including scheduling, risks, challenges, decisions, and collaboration with other orchestrators involved in the project or program.
• Ensure effective and responsible management of the budget allocated to your projects by optimizing financial resources through the use of available tools, within prescribed deadlines, and understanding the context and operation of the Digital Studio budget.
• Diagnose problem situations, take action and help resolve complex problems by implementing solutions.
• Identify and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent, proactive manner.
• Produce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports while adapting your communications to your audience.
• Ensure that the various IT and business teams are aligned on the various interdependencies related to your project.
• Be an agent for change, promoting our values and ensuring constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the digital sector, you’ll be on a large team of around a hundred colleagues and you’ll report to Senior Digital Director. Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience as a project manager, working on large-scale digital IT projects and in large companies.
• Mastery of coordination, planning based on constraints, monitoring, and project and/or program delivery.
• Proficiency in establishing performance indicators and tracking them.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technological solutions to a non-expert audience and make choices for the project's benefit with the delivery team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a multi-project environment.
• Experience leading workshops and coaching.
• Comfort with agile approaches to project realization.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and the Office suite.
• Ease in negotiating scope, budget, or schedule changes with IT and Business partners.
• Ability to identify success factors, significant risks, and manage a roadmap while adapting in a constantly evolving environment.
