Responsibilities:
- Coordinating efforts among various teams to drive collaboration and project success.
- Ensure effective follow-ups and guarantee project success.
- Set up and organize tasks using project management tools, actively monitor progress, and understand the overall structure of tasks.
- Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources and manage workload distribution.
- Facilitate and lead meetings, ensuring productive discussions and effective decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular and accurate updates to stakeholders, and address any project-related obstacles or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative or studio environment.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of department workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and the ability to proficiently use them to set up and monitor tasks.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and Web Scrum Master are desirable but not mandatory.
