Project Manager - Creative Team

In this role, you will play a crucial part in orchestrating collaboration among different teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects in our studio.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating efforts among various teams to drive collaboration and project success.
• Ensure effective follow-ups and guarantee project success.
• Set up and organize tasks using project management tools, actively monitor progress, and understand the overall structure of tasks.
• Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources and manage workload distribution.
• Facilitate and lead meetings, ensuring productive discussions and effective decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular and accurate updates to stakeholders, and address any project-related obstacles or issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative or studio environment.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of department workflows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and the ability to proficiently use them to set up and monitor tasks.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and Web Scrum Master are desirable but not mandatory.
