Your future team

The Marketing, Customer Experience, and Analytics team is a new direction established in 2020, bringing together various multidisciplinary roles in 3 areas:

Marketing Communications Customer Experience Analytics and Strategic Marketing We are transforming and building this strategic function by carrying out a variety of projects, from brand image to the management of international events, market analysis to customer surveys.

Your mission

The Digital Marketing Advisor is our digital expert to contribute to the visibility of our organization, maintaining brand image, and promoting our events, products, and services through various digital channels. Reporting to the Group Manager - Marketing Communications, you actively participate in the design and implementation of a variety of marketing communications activities.

Your main responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development of marketing communications strategies and plans, mainly regarding Digital Marketing campaigns for the promotion of events with our clients.
  • Plan and ensure the execution of various editorial calendars for social media, website, and newsletters, from content creation to content posting.
  • Ensure the updating and tracking of these calendars in our various planning tools.
  • Design and write various types of marketing communications in line with the objectives and our brand, mainly intended for digital channels.
  • Develop and optimize newsletter campaigns through our CRM (customer journeys, A/B testing, etc.), and CVENT including targeting and results analysis.
  • Ensure the creation of marketing content and deliverables by coordinating the work of various internal and external partners (e.g., production of visual and video content), ensuring compliance with our brand standards, budgets, and timelines. Work closely with different teams to act as a Digital Marketing expert and advisor.
  • Ensure the updating, evolution of content, and analytical tracking of the website and social media to meet the organization's various business needs and ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Conduct occasional diagnostics and analyses on various digital activities to recommend improvements to increase the efficiency and performance of these activities.
  • Stay informed about Digital Marketing trends to integrate best practices into the organization.
  • Participate in the evolution of tools and continuous improvement of various processes within the team.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline;
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications and Digital Marketing;
  • Experience in companies offering B2B products and services; Experience in the passenger transport industry or in a software development company (an asset);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English; Mastery of email marketing, social media, and Web content management system (CMS);
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, CVENT, and MentiMeter (an asset); Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt in a changing environment;
  • Versatility, proactivity, autonomy, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends occasionally (exceptional cases);
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, including collaboration with other departments of an organization (e.g., sales, product management, etc.)
