Job description

We are looking for a qualified Experiential Marketing Senior Coordinator to support our BRP brands. If you have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, engaging in local communities, and coordinating promotional event tactics, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has the ability to create and coordinate immersive consumer experiences that align with the brand identity and priorities. You’ll be responsible for managing the events, demo rides and other grassroots activations for the BRP brands, ensuring the community is up to date on the latest product features and functionality, while bringing the brand and rider stories to life. To do so, you will work in collaboration with our partner agencies and internal teams from multiple departments.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop the BRP Brands events and in-field activations strategy to build and strengthen community engagement, in line with the brand’s priorities.
  • Coordinate the deployment of national and local events, tours, and tactics.
  • Define and monitor Can-Am experiential targets and KPIs to track success.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Consumer Engagement Team and Brand Strategy teams) to ensure brand consistency and holistic plan integration.
  • Manage the Experiential Marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and expense processing.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 3+ years’ experience in experiential planning and coordination - preferably in a global organization; agency or consulting background a strong plus.
  • You have the ability to bring a brand DNA to life in a physical setting, ensuring authentic integration of products and brand messages.
  • Both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, with a roll-up-your-sleeves bias for action and an ability to drive both serious and silly on-brand executions.
  • Highly detailed and organized; project management experience.
  • The ability connects and build strong relationships with supporting stakeholders.
  • Experience with vendor and agency management.
  • Passionate about adventure and outdoor life; Interest in Powersport is a plus.
