- Capture and share live content (photos, videos, stories) during peak times and special events, showcasing the lively atmosphere of our venues.
- Actively manage posts on various Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to engage our audience and expand our digital footprint.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for efficiently planning and scheduling posts related to upcoming events, promotions, and key highlights.
- Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a welcoming and engaging online environment.
- Utilize analytics to track Social Media performance, making data-driven adjustments to content strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media activities with broader marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Keep up with the latest trends and tools in Social Media to continually enhance our digital presence.
- A knack for storytelling and capturing attention-grabbing content in live settings.
- Proficiency across major Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and an understanding of how to maximize engagement on each.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with and grow our online community.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to cover key events and busy periods.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the team. - Familiarity with photo and video editing software is a plus.
