Department OverviewInfrastructure Delivery & Enablement (IDE) is responsible for Service Delivery, Automation, Cloud Adoption, and Currency. IDE sits at the center of infrastructure and application development providing critical services that support business and technology objectives. As a leader in this organization, you will play a key role in driving execution and continuous process improvement across the team. The Segment Technology Executive (STE) reports to the VP of IDE and is accountable for the holistic relationship, delivery execution, and infrastructure goals for Core, Credit and Business Banking Platforms. This leader is the single point of contact for all infrastructure services and proactively engages to drive Core, Credit, BB, and Enterprise goals.Job DetailsIndividual Accountability
• Single Point of Contact for all Core, Credit, BB Infrastructure solutions
• Lead a global workforce across Infrastructure Design, Delivery Execution, Application
Automation and Deployment, and Service Management in support of Infrastructure & Core,
Credit & BB goals
• Responsible for delivering infrastructure projects in support of business projects (Change and
Run initiatives)
• Accountable for the design of infrastructure solutions for business aligned priorities in concert
with engineering standards
• Responsible for managing the promotion of infrastructure components and application code
through the environment in accordance with the enterprise release management process
• Accountable for the availability of the infrastructure servicing for Core, Credit, and BB
• Accountable for efficient planning and consumption of infrastructure assets across Core, Credit,
and BB to reduce costs and optimize utilization
• Accountable for driving transformational change and a culture of innovation, agility, and risk
management
• Responsible for $300MM budget

Key Shared Accountability

• Work with resources in the delivery of business and CIO sponsored projects
• Work with Engineering and the Segments to drive standardization and currency
• Provide input to architecture & engineering on technology strategy and standards in support of
business needs
• Work with engineering and application development to drive automation
• Work with Segment resources to achieve cost reduction targets for asset optimization
• Ensure Core, Credit, and BB Operations are coordinated with Enterprise processes and
procedures as required
• Work with Operations to ensure effective hand off of build and release documents for effective
operational support

Internal

• Effective risk management balancing the time sensitive delivery and operational needs of Core,
Credit, and BB against the Enterprise governance model
• Support regulatory engagement as required
