Job Responsibilities:
· Review, verify and process consignment files to create settlement statements.
· Ensure appropriate authorizations in accordance with corporate controls.
· Reconcile settlement statements to the general ledger prior to mail-out and month end.
· Produce follow-up reports such as post-sale checklists and delayed sale file lists to sale sites.
· Liaise with auction Sites to continually monitor post-sale changes and corrections such as price adjustments, deductions, holdbacks, collapses, and bill for deficiencies.
· Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
· Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
· Verify asset information.
· Perform provincial lien searches and Carfaxes.
· Review lien information and report findings to the Auction site management team.
· Obtain Lien Release and payout information.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in data entry and record keeping.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
