First Truck is looking for the TOP BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN in the industry who are ready to build a long-term career working on all OEM Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers and Motorhomes. Compensation Plan
- Competitive Base wage of $41.57- $51.96

Primary Job Functions
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair body damages to fiberglass and suspension components on OEM class 6,7,8 vehicles, trailers, and RVs
- Replace damaged structures, body parts, interior and exterior finishes
- Make warranty decisions as necessary
- Ensure professional quality detail and craftsmanship
- Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
- RV experience an asset
- Light mechanical and suspension experience an asset
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
- Follow safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
- Must have own tools
- Class 5 driver's license
