Autocad Drafter - Architectural

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD,
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Develop and modify 2D and beneficial 3D models, schematics, and layouts
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards and regulations
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients
- Prepare documentation and reports related to design projects
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related files

• Experience:

- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD
- Familiarity with architects and preferably with civil engineering design principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter in a professional setting.

• Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD
- Experience with 2D animation software is a plus
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.87-$33.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
