Automotive Dealership Service Advisor

Our renovation makes us the most modern & sought after Automotive Dealership space in Norfolk! We are growing and we have a strong need to add an Automotive Service Advisor, on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: greet customers via telephone and in person, provide professional customer service by listening carefully to enquiries and requests, ask questions to identify service needs, resolve customer concerns and sell additional services when appropriate, estimate cost and completion times/settle customer accounts, communicate with customers about status of work, coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time, obtain customers' written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales, inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy and legibility, deliver the vehicle in perfect condition every time, and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

*Please note: Previous Service Advisor Experience will be considered a strong asset, as well as experience using PBS. In addition, Automotive Repair Knowledge in a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
