Position Overview:
As an Internal Service Writer at Camrose Chrysler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Internal Service appointments, communicating with Sales Managers, and assisting the service team in delivering high-quality automotive services.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate Internal Service appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with Sales to understand their service needs and relay information to the service team.
- Generate accurate service orders and invoices.
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in computer software, including service management systems.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic technical concepts is an asset.
