Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and differentiating features.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to professional development and a career in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
