Pacific Nations Auto Sales is currently seeking Sales & Finance Consultants to join our team.

This role blends the responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Consultant with those of a Financial Services Manager, offering a dynamic and multifaceted opportunity.

As a Sales & Finance Consultant, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to vehicle presentation and demonstration, to arranging finance options, selling extended warranties and aftermarket products, and handling sales and insurance documentation.

Your duties will involve generating leads, understanding client preferences, collecting credit applications, securing finance approvals, and matching clients with suitable vehicles based on their needs and financial approval.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong ethical standards, responsibility, drive, organization, and a track record of previous sales success. While prior Automotive Sales experience is beneficial, proven success in sales, regardless of industry, is highly valued.

This position offers a commission-based structure, where you'll receive 25% of the total profit from your deals, including both front and backend gross. We expect consultants to generate a minimum of $30,000 per month in total gross profit, translating to $7,500 in commission. High-performing consultants have achieved over $100k in a single month, reflecting the correlation between effort, sales acumen, and earnings potential.
