Automotive Sales Consultant

Bayside Nissan is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a low stress, non-commission environment where we work as a team to meet goals. You'll get the necessary training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

What you will do – Essential responsibilities

• Use your knowledge of the Nissan Brand to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from vehicle selection to test drive, trade in appraisal and financing options.
• Complete all relevant documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
• Plan and organize daily, weekly and monthly activities to meet sales goals.
• Schedule appointments for presentations, test drives and deliveries.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

• Strong social media skills
• Customer Service / Hospitality Experience
• Candidate must be bilingual (French & English)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Preferred:

• Automotive Experience (NOT necessary but an asset)

Compensation: This is a full time position with salary and bonus. Health benefits are also available to our employees after specific terms of service.
