Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Manager, you will be expected to assist with the day to day running of our store. Responsibilities include selling new and used vehicles, developing strategies to improve sales and effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent sales skills and a passion for cars.

Duties:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and staff.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Skills:
- Strong retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven track record of success in Automotive Sales or a similar role
- Ability to delegate tasks in the absence of the general manager
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills
