Automotive Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced and talented Sales Manager to join the Kelowna Chev family!

• Assist in hiring, training, motivating, counselling and monitoring the performance of all sales employees.
• Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
• Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring communication
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally.
• Ensures that new sales people understand and follow dealership processes.
• Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.
• Oversees the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
• Helps salespeople close deals
• Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Assists the sales department with trade appraisals
• Maintains professional appearance.

You offer:

• 2 – 5 years experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Manager
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Are proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
• Are able to work in a metrics reporting environment
• Experience with VIN, CDK and VAuto is an asset

Salary: $140,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
