```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Upsell additional services or products that align with customer needs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service timelines with technicians
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proven experience in upselling products or services within an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., PBS) is a plus
