Automotive Service Advisor

Valley Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to work our very busy service counter! The successful candidate must put the customer experience first! Experience is preferred but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Valley Ford is located in beautiful Kentville Nova Scotia and has recently expanded and renovated our existing showroom and service drive to serve our customers better. We are family owned and operated and treat our customers and employees like family.

This is truly an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to be at the forefront of an expanding Fixed Operations department in the Annapolis Valley.

Qualifications:

· 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor

· Strong customer service skills

· Valid Nova Scotia drivers licence

· Excellent multi-tasking ability

· Experience in dispatch an asset

· Experience with OEM warranty process an asset

· PBS experience is an asset

· Ford experience is an asset
