```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shop
- Assign tasks and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles as needed
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Proficient in using power tools and other equipment
- Experience in welding is a plus
- Previous experience in a dealership or Automotive Service center is preferred
Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
