- Shifts: Shift Rotation - 7 days on/7 days off | 12 hours /day

- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the AHS system, operation, and support functions.
- Stay updated on equipment changes, developments, and applications related to service requirements, following industry procedures and standards.
- Investigate and resolve system problems using engineering standards, technical manuals, engineering prints, and electronic test tools.
- Write and catalog technical failure reports, providing recommendations for future equipment improvements.
- Assist in establishing technical standards for field and shop work.
- Provide technical service advice and information to customers and OEM representatives.
- Oversee the gathering and documenting of failure information, design deficiencies, safety concerns, and general maintenance problems.
- Provide product reliability feedback and customer concerns to relevant departments within the company and OEMs.
- Support equipment claims and interpretations, exploring alternative solutions for satisfactory problem resolution.
- Assist with the deployment and communication of training and awareness related to AHS.
- Monitor equipment updates, Flash News releases, Parts & Service News releases (PSN), and provide Technical Service Information submissions (TSI).
- Participate in Branch/Customer JoiFUL meetings, review JoiFUL logs, and provide support on unresolved issues.
- Provide warranty support for branches and customers where applicable.
- Maintain positive working relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Relevant Journeyman certification, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Sound understanding of principles associated with the mining environment.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with a focus on client and customer relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and wide-ranging working knowledge of computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and OEMs.
- Continuous learner with a focus on new technologies, continuous improvement, and best practices in the industry.
- Ability to make intelligent decisions under pressure, possess good judgment, initiative, a positive attitude, and reliability.
