Melt Mineral Spa offers a range of services ranging from deep relaxation massages, manicures, pedicures, make up application, tinting and waxing, and facials. We aim to ensure our guests feel that their mind and bodies have been cared for.

What you’ll do
· Work with other Team Members to provide a premium guest experience
· Ensure the smooth running of the spa through managing laundry and ensuring estheticians are equipped with the necessary supplies for their service deliveries
· Maintain cleaning equipment, and monitor inventory of essential supplies.
· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa
· Assist estheticians in the maintenance and presentation of the private treatment rooms
· uphold Health and Safety standards and COVID-19 protocols
· Possess an understanding of Melt product and service offerings
· Support Esthetician’s in their work to build the business clientele
· Assist with opening and closing protocols as appropriate
· Assist with Front of House responsibilities as required
· Train new employees as required
· Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business
· Possess a strong understanding on business operations
· Assist other Team Members as required an appropriate
· Additional duties as required
Who you are
· Prior relevant experience in a back room management role or open to training
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Customer service abilities
· Ability to work effectively within a team
· Well organised with an ability to effectively multitask
· Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal (via email, phone call, and in-person)
· Open to training and a willing to learn new programs/systems
· Proven time management, organizational skills, and professionalism
· Authorized to work in Canada
