The Baker is responsible for the preparation of high quality baked items for the bakery, restaurants, wholesale partners and our own marketplace. This person is dedicated to preparing items in a thoughtful manner, displaying exceptional baking talents and playing a key role in surpassing customer expectations and providing a welcoming work environment in partnership with our team.

- You have at least one year experience working as a baker and are able to mix, proof, and bake various leavened products.
- You have at least one year experience working as a baker and are comfortable working with a variety of pastries and cakes, understanding the techniques used in modern and traditional baking.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver above and beyond customer experiences through the execution of high-quality and delicious food, while highlighting genuine and thoughtful hospitality and teamwork.
- Ensure the bakery is prepared and ready before opening when scheduled as an opener.
- Accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the bakery.
- Actively represent and promote Stone Crock Groups core values within the workplace.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness, food safety and sanitation practices.
- Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity and honesty.
