Requirements:

• Shifts start at 6am, thus vehicle is required
• Baking Experience: 1 year minimum
• Food Handler Certification
• Easily commute to 18295 Yonge St, East Gwillimbury (Our Location)

Responsibilities:

• Enforce all company policies.
• Understand food safety and quality control (know how finished product looks, tastes, and smells).
• Food quality – FIFO (food rotation).
• Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Understand all food temperatures
• Prepare special orders
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Accurately and properly proof pastries and breads
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
