Role Summary

Bartenders are front line representative of Three Feathers Terrace. We are looking for an energetic and reliable bartenders for our weddings and events. This is a part-time position and only on the weekends. This person should be outgoing, approachable, friendly, and committed to providing superb customer service as well as someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited too:

• Event day set up including stocking the bar, batch making signature cocktails, stocking beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), preparing/cutting garnishes etc.
• Serving alcoholic beverages to patrons in a responsible manner in accordance with the law and Three Feathers Terrace policy.
• Providing Friendly and excellent customer service.
• Clean up and lock up bar area and ensuring all and any alcoholic beverages are in designated safe areas.
• During close must leave the bar clean and ready for the next event
• Is responsible to help closing team with closing duties.
• Various other duties that are strictly bar and venue related.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Smart-Serve Certificate
• Capable of lifting up to 40lbs
• Reliable form of transportation
• ****Must be available on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) including long weekend Mondays
• **** Must be available to work up to 2 am during a shift. Shifts may vary from 1-3 work days per week.
• Strong commitment to quality.
• Excellent with people

Job Type

Part time position, WEEKENDS, we are open 4 seasons.

In addition to hourly pay, 100% of gratuities earned during service is kept by the bartender(s), grats are at clients discretion NOT automatic.

• All candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Three Feathers is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
