Banquet Server/Bartender

Come join the team at The Chanterelle, catered by Tomlin Catering! We are looking for enthusiastic additions to our serving/bartending staff. Part time positions are currently available with opportunity for more. Serving/Bartending experience is not required but is an asset. We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible and kindly ask for you to attach a resume when applying.

Duties:

Bartender

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a prompt manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Assist in food service as needed

Server

- Set up the event space and prepare for guest arrival
- Learn and understand the menu/options that we offer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Provide food service and clearing of the space

Skills:

Bartender

- Experience as a bartender or server
- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions

Server

- Provide thoughtful, attentive food service in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A genuine interest in the food being served and a comfortability explaining to guests what they will be having

Salary: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
