Banquet Porter - Part Time

Job Summary

The Part TimeBanquet Porter is responsible for meeting room set ups / tear downs and tour group baggage handling.

• Set-up all meeting rooms as per customer requests.
• Clean out rooms at end of function and re-set rooms for next function.
• Refresh all rooms during lunch break.
• Ensure all Banquet rooms and storage areas are clean at all times and kept in proper condition according to company standards.
• Help take trolleys full of dirty dishes to kitchen area.
• Always work in a quiet, orderly fashion so as not to disturb meetings that are in progress.
• Ensure Banquet checklist is completed on a daily basis.
• Perform any other duties as required by management to ensure customer service.

Job Type / Category

The wage for this position is $16.80/hour. The position could require the employee to work from 10- 40 hours per week.

The starting date to train for this position will be effective immediately. The applicant must be available to work day time and evening hours (7am-11pm) and for scheduling on weekday and weekend shifts.

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
