Barista And Cafe Attendant - Driving License Required.

Our café teams are dedicated to ensuring customers have a delightful experience. From providing a warm and friendly welcome to guiding guests through our menu, our Café Attendants play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enhancing our guests' overall enjoyment.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks in adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.
• Monitor and replenish café inventory as needed.
• Follow established procedures for opening and closing the café.
• Deliver pastries to additional venues as per service needs.
• Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest needs.

Skills and Experience

• Previous barista experience required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Must hold valid Driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
