Barista/Closer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
