Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Prepare and serve food and Coffee in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in specialty coffee service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering
- Positive attitude and great sense of humour
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
