SalaryResponsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Smart Serve certification required.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and report to management to order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to create and update menu offerings.
- Handle customer complaints annd escalate to management to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in the café and or food industry, preferably in a full or part time role.
- Strong knowledge of café & food handling and safety procedures. Experience with high-end espresso machines a big plus.
- Self driven and confident to effectively manage self and mentor team mates.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience and nurturing relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations and remain personable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work mornings, some weekends, and special event days as needed.
Nice to have:

- Social media savvy and or interest.
- Higher education and or lifelong learning experience.
