Salary- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including workstations, equipment, and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Prepare and serve a selection of teas, hot chocolate, and other non-coffee beverages as requested.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as assembling sandwiches, toasting bagels, and heating pastries.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens, and be able to answer customer questions.
- Upsell additional items, such as pastries or specialty drinks, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing methods, and industry developments to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and promotions.

- Previous cashiering or customer service experience? Bonus points! But if not, no worries—we'll show you the ropes.
- Cash-handling skills? Check! But if you've got some mad math skills to boot, even better.
- Know your way around food prep? Awesome! Familiarity with POS systems? Even awesomer. ( we use square for restaurants, its really idiot proof)
- Time management skills? Check! Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment? Double Check!

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
