- Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register or POS system
- Take customer orders and prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Prepare espresso based drinks, knowledge of espresso machine preferred.
- Help kitchen team to prep or wash dishes.
- Inventory control, prep a supplies list every week.
- Cleaning the store, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a food service or retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus
