Food and Beverage Specialist

As the Food and Beverage Lead at the Eau Claire Distillery you will be responsible for the Food and Beverage experience. You ensure that every drink that is placed in front of our guests is up to the highest standards and is expertly crafted. Attention to detail and passion for the craft are a requirement to succeed in this position. What you will be doing:

• Keep calm communication with your co-bartenders and servers under high pressure
• Make hand crafted drinks in a timely manner, based on our standardized recipes/service standards
• Maintain a clean bar at all times (bar top, well, back bar, bottles, garnish station, service station)
• Delivering on all standards, policies and procedure to create memorable luxury guest experience
• Ensuring that the daily SOPs are being followed by all staff working
• Problem solving any problems that may arise
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 1 years of previous bartending experience
• Knowledge of drink recipes
• Demonstrated management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
• Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
• Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
