Provide table service for both food and beverages to customers in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner. Be knowledgable in menu and beverages offered.
Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft beer, bottled domestic and import beer, and other beverages as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work alongside other staff members, including front of house, kitchen team, and management, to maintain and promote a positive work environment for all.
Follow and enforce all current provincial liquor and public health regulations. Must hold a valid responsible beverage certificate.
Must be comfortable working nights and closing bar.
