Successful candidate to have:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays
Exceptional customer services skills
Previous bar or lounge experience, minimum six months
Knowledge of POS system; Squirrel or similar
Knowledge of principles of cocktail making
Time management skills
Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
Able to prepare drinks, shake cocktails etc
STEC Food and Beverage server certification an asset
Duties:
Sets up bar area, operates during service and closes after
Assumes control of float, for bar and VLTs
Serves Food and Beverages in the lounge area
Prepares beverages for Restaurant service team
Understands and implements principles of Serve It Right Saskatchewan
Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor
