Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers
- Cash handling experience and basic math skills for processing payments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures in the hospitality industry
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
