As a thriving seasonal business, our unique approach often involves cooking on-site with large, trailered smokers, providing an authentic BBQ experience at various events such as corporate gatherings, private parties, and weddings.

• On-Site Culinary Artistry: You'll periodically be hands-on with our trailered smokers, cooking at various event locations.

We Are Seeking Candidates Who Are:

• Experienced: Minimum 2 years in hospitality, with a passion for BBQ.
• Team-Oriented: Able to collaborate effectively, work independently, and contribute to a high-energy team environment.
• Customer-Focused: Committed to providing impeccable customer service with every plate served.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving in an active, outdoor setting.
• Flexible and Reliable: Available for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, and adaptable to various weather conditions.
• Professionally Presented: Maintaining good hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Punctual and Dependable: Always on time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
