The Action Group is currently seeking a full-time (40hrs/week) Behavior Support Coordinator. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement support plans to address behaviors of concern. The coordinator will also monitor and revise the plans for both youth and adults while working closely with numerous affiliated professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of program development and presenting workshops
- Flexible
- Highly organized
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work well independently and closely with different teams
- Ability to develop support plans and support staff to understand and implement.
- Requirements
- Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Human Services
- Five years' experience in Behavioral Management strategies
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
- Clean criminal record check
- Clean child intervention record check
