POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The welcoming residence Les Jardins du Couvent is currently looking for Night Attendants. Located in Marieville, where the countryside and city amenities come together, we welcome around a hundred autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant.

30 minutes from Montreal via highway 10 E. 35 minutes from Granby via highway 10 W.
APRPA TRAINING required.
Permanent full-time position, in the form of 7/15 nights and every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics
- Answering call bells
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Delivering messages to the nursing staff
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
- Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Good communication
- Knowledge of Symo software (an asset)
- Law 90 training
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
- PDSB training
- APRPA training
